Government Communications

The NSW GovComms community brings together NSW public sector employees working on marketing, communications and/or engagement at any level across the NSW Government.

It is facilitated by the GovComms Capability Program, led by the NSW Government Brand and Communications team at the Department of Customer Service. The overarching goals of the program are to:

  • improve the skills and confidence of communication staff
  • drive professional collaboration across the sector
  • support the delivery of citizen-centric communications that effectively serve the needs of NSW people.

Join our community

By joining the NSW GovComms Community, employees will be able access a monthly newsletter, formal training and resources via the NSW Government Communications Learning Hub, social learning, networking opportunities and invitations to professional development events.
